Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds
Lulu Moxie is a digital content platform. All subscriptions and one-time purchases (including tips and signed photo orders) provide immediate access to digital content or services upon payment.
Because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed or viewed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing access to digital content
- Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
- No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued
- This applies to subscriptions, tips, and signed photo orders
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Profile page
- Click "Cancel Subscription" in the Subscription section
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to premium content until that date
- After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No partial refunds are given for unused time remaining in a billing period
Signed Photo Orders
Signed photo orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed and payment has been processed. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged in transit), please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at lulu.moxie@hotmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to investigate and resolve any billing issues directly.
