4. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis at $9.97/month. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as "LM Digital."

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until your paid period expires. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

5. No Refund Policy

This is a digital membership. Once you subscribe, you gain immediate access to all premium content. Because digital access cannot be revoked after viewing, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. One-time purchases (tips, signed photos) are also non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, download, or copy content in bulk
• Redistribute or resell any content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or the creator
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls or access controls
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features

7. User-Generated Content

Messages sent through the inbox or forum features must comply with all applicable laws. You may not post illegal content, spam, or unsolicited promotions. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content and users at our sole discretion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Content and services are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or continuity of content or services. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.

10. Limitation of Liability
